I am interested in exploring real estate opportunites. I understand that I must meet either of the following income (Section A) or net worth (Section B) requirements, and I must have significant investment, business, and financial experience and expertise (Section C).

(Instructions): Please read Sections A through C below and check the box next to each section only if you meet the stated requirements for each section.

Section A. | Income: My annual income was at least $200,000 in each of the last two years, or my joint income with my spouse was in excess of $300,000 in each of those years, and I have reasonable expectations of the same income level.

Section B. | Net Worth: My individual net worth or joint net worth, with that of my spouse, exceeds one million dollars ($1,000,000), disregarding any positive equity in my personal residence.
(Note, however, that negative equity with respect to a personal residence should also be considered in this calculation).

Section C. | Business, Financial, and Investment Experience and Expertise: I am an experienced investor as demonstrated by my following investment, business, and financial background information.
